Hi Nancy --

FWIW my blood pressure runs in the normal-to-low range, but my body temperature is always a little high. If I have a "fever" of 99, or even 100 degrees F, on a given day, it is not abnormal. When I have lots of swelling and inflammation from the adhesions my temperature goes up -- sometimes over 100. It usually goes down with NSAID's and/or natural anti-inflammatories (mega-doses of Vitamin C and yucca, e.g.). I think my body runs a little hotter because my thyroid is going too fast. (Heart beat is too fast, too.)

I think it would be interesting, and that it could be useful, to track things such as blood pressure, body temp, heart rate and fever in ARD sufferers. If we have a clear idea of the recognized symptoms -- including their range, intensity and scope -- then we can work on managing them much better.

Haven't sat this long in a while...it feels kind of good! Hope you all are doing *great*!!!

Love,
