I have never tried meditation....I know miss Linda
does, who if you are reading this, though you may not
feel well enough to sit at the computer...I am still
thinking of you and hoping you'll feel better. Miss
you. I think I would try meditation as I have to
learn to handle stress better. I know that this would
bring calm. I'll file this letter, so I can pick it up
when I'm on the up and about. Thanks to you.
