The American Chronic Pain Assoc. is a website I found and joined. After
I received their information I was able to read to my husband (in terms
he could REALLY understand) exactly what I was feeling. It talks of the
isolation, confusion, suffering, guilt & anger that goes hand in hand
with ARD. I found their material to be very benefictial to me. Their

have spent in a long time.
