I'm so sorry you've had such a rotten time of things. All I can say is, I understand. :( Don't give up -- there has to be a doctor relatively close to you that can help. The best doctors in the country for adhesions are in PA. Other doctors are willing to help you manage chronic pain. I think there is a list of them on the site, if not then people on the list have good info on that topic...hopefully one of the pain management doctors is close enough for you to see. NOBODY should have to suffer from constant pain. I wouldn't go back to your old doctors if I were you, that's for sure.
