Well, I went to my GP today. Told her the Amitriptyline was leaving me groggy and hung over. Found out she only gave me that to help me sleep, but I'm not having any problems sleeping, so she took me off that.

However, when I told her that I only take the codeine when the pain gets to 4 or above and then it didn't do any good, she bumped me from a maximum of 4 x 15 mg tablets a day when I feel I need them to 4 x 30mg tablets every day regardless of the pain levels, with instructions to keep a graph-type record of time of medication and pain levels at the time.

God save me from my physician!!! *LOL* I may never crap without drugs again!!!!

Rose and Lynda, thanks for the giggles. Some days the sense of humor in this group is the only thing that keeps me going.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to remove stucco from ceiling tiles???? Other than a flame thrower or a pressure washer, that is.

Love you girls,

Nancy in NB
