I have the exact same sciatic nerve pain.......I had adhesions removed from my bowels and uterus in April when I had my c-section. I've had the pain ever since......I can't even lay flat on my back anymore--the pain is too intense. Not exactly sure what is causing this but I too thougt it could be more adhesions. Someone awhile back (I can't remember) said they had something similiar when they had adhesions removed from the cul-de-sac. Sorry I can't give you more info but if you find out any, I would like to know also. Remember, you are not alone!
