My dear Leslie, welcome, you have come to the right place. We are all suffering and are here to help each other. It sounds to me like your doctor meant it was the beginning of the end of your problems, not your life. You are blessed with a lovely family and the ability to write and access the internet and our adhesions site. Look back through all of the archives, look at our quilt and please add your name if you feel like it. We're here for you. God Bless you and keep you. Love and welcome again, Sally Grigg in California
