Julie - Consider a hysterectomy VERY carefully!

Hi Julie,

I really think you should read the stories on the quilt before considering such an invasive surgery. If you read mine (Joanne Eslick, Australia) as well as many others you will find that this may not solve your problems, and could possibly cause far worse pain and misery.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing, and to be honest, if I had the opportunity to go back, I doubt that I would have had a hysterectomy.

My advice? Ask, ask and ask some more questions, get a second, get a third opinion. Read the postings here and at other sites on the internet. There is a lot of information available, you just need to make some time to read it. When you have finished you research, go back to your doctors and ask them MORE QUESTIONS.

Best wishes to you Julie, I hope you find a way to relieve your pain.

love, hugs & cheers, Jo
