My pain doctor also wanted to try this and I just flatly refused. I hadn't heard anything good about them and just told him that I had had enough pain and didn't want anyone else touching me, and possibly messing up more than I was already. Fortunately, he is a very understanding pain specialist and didn't push me and has never mentioned it again.
Now he is asking about if I want a morphine pump inserted, as I told you previously; has anyone else had this done, and what results have you had?
