Dear Joanne, I know what you are talking about! When I came home from Germany, I had to come off the pain meds. The hardest one to get off of was the duragesic patch. One day I had enough & decided no more patch, after I had gone down to the lowest amount. For the next week, I couldn't sleep. Everytime I layed down, I would have muscel spasms in my knees. Then I found out that I had a really bad tooth, it kept hurting so bad, I ended up having it pulled. Then my migraines came back. I hadn't had a migrain in 3-4 years because of the meds. I am so happy that you are doing better. I got some pictures of Elke & Helmi's wedding, they looked so good together & she looked so beautiful. Robin
