You have so many difficult decisions to make my dear friend; such a weight to bare, and I commend you for being here for all of us with such a weight on your shoulders. You have so much knowledge to give us all, and the what not to do's, as unfortunately, too many surgeons lead you down the wrong path, and that is what we are doing here; helping others to make the right choices. We will all be with you, of course, we cannot make these difficult decisions for you, but we will all be here for you morally and spiritually.
