I believe the label says 2-4 tablespoons to relieve constipation, I would guess Dr. Redan would say the same. I don't know if he could really give you any advice, but doubt he would be mad if you wrote to him regarding the possibility of a second consultation.
Maybe try the MOM and enemas if you can to get you past this first hurdle...we're cheering you on, Millie...YOU WILL POOP SOON!!
