Dear Sally,

I can't speak for everyone, but you are certainly not depressing me...in this case maybe it's the other way around.

I understand that you are discouraged...I think we can all relate. I want you and everyone else who has been or is considering going to Scranton to understand that I am 100% glad that I had surgery there, and have no regrets...Dr. Reich and Redan saved my life.

Don't you dare stop writing to the board, Sally...we love you and we know where to find you!
