Good questions.
One thread that has remained constant over here is that people try NOT to take pain meds. Yet, the paranoid doctors are worried about us becoming addicted. From where I sit, people here don't want to take medication of any kind at all! No danger of becoming an addict if you don't want to take pills, huh.
