If you are not receiving the adequate amount of pain medication for your pain, please contact me and I can see if I can find a doctor in your area to treat your pain.
My pain specialist said that taking 4 advil was more dangerous and harmful to your liver than taking narcotic pain medicine, as I wanted to know why I was bleeding from the nose and rectum - guess what, that's why? But when I asked my GYN for pain medication that was her reply, "take for advil and deal with it." OHHHHHHH, I will leave this message on a good note.
Please, if you are ever in that much despair again, and feel you have no one, please call me at 410-477-8034, I'm a very good listener and also can get my feathers ruffled enough to make some phone calls for you. I never thought I would be able to stand up to the medical field, but when I hear cries of help that one of my IAS buddies is in pain and being treated badly, I realized that I can stand up to them, and have won for others here on the board. Little shy ol' me, yes that was me a year ago, that couldn't stand up to my own GYN, but I've come a long way baby.
