I don't think you need to tell him anything. If he is a qualified adhesiolysis surgeon, he should tell you what he thinks you need to do. You are now knowledgable enough about adhesions to either say yes, or if you don't like what you hear, say no thank you (I'm not being cut open) and walk out. Good Luck!
