Drinking at least 8 - 8-oz glasses of water through the day has always been a BIG PROBLEM for me!!
I will just have to rush out and buy one of those insulated glasses ( or whatever they're called ), add some Crystal Light and ice cubes; and then set it right next to my computer. This just might be the solution!!
I seem to remember having read that if a person drinks alot of water ( unsweetened )that this will help a person lose weight -- that drinking alot of water is supposed to affect the fat cells of a person's body. NOW did I dream that? Or is there some truth to it?
On the other hand I also read that if a person drinks TOO MUCH water, he/she could literally drown. This is NOT a good suggestion!!
