thanks for writing to me i have been trying to drink ensure, but (this will make you smile) I tried the mushroom flavour, drank it as quick as i could because it was so disgusting, it wasnt until i was speaking to a nurse and i told her that the mushroom one made me vomit, she asked wether i had heated it up and me being STUPID said NO i didn't realise i had too.God what a plonker I am. so i've been put off drinking them for a while.
I just dont seem to have an appetitie at the moment dont know why????
