Jean, I develop a limp when my pain is bad.  It hurts so bad on my left side that whenever I walk on my left food it makes it a lot worse.  I had left side ligaments attached by adhesions so I guess they are back.......who knows.  I also have slipped discs in my back so I know what you mean about not knowing whether it's your leg or adhesions, sometimes I can't tell whether it's my back or adhesions, I just know it's recliner time!  Good luck, jessica
