rectal pain

Dear Sue,

Yes, I had these some symptoms (including the bladder problems...I had to push alot, and it never emptied). My stool was not only thin but flattened and square like it'd been through a newspaper press! I had rectal/vaginal pain so severe I felt I would pass out sometimes, it also radiated to my hips and down my legs.

What my docs found during surgery was endo that covered my pelvic floor, and meshed my rectum, vagina and uterus altogether, as well as uterosacral and a rectal/vaginal nodule that were causing BM's to be painful, and almost impossible.

My surgery was March 15, and almost all pain is gone, and everything is working again! I have some rectal pain still, but believe it is post-surgical, or from stretching to it's correct shape and function again.

I hope this helps...sorry so graphic!

Janet
