I take it you are asking about SS disability huh? There is lots of
information on the posts if you want to take a peek at them. I haven't been
to SS just yet, but I did retain a lawyer. The lawyer told me to do the
first appeal myself and also told me that I was going to be denied. When
that's happens that is when my lawyer comes in. She is totally versed for
this, you may want to look up lawyers in your state or town that may want to
help you out once you've been denied the first time. They are trained and
know exactly what to do. ") I'm having a hell of a time with my work
disability for Long Term Disability. Of course it's with the company
UNUM......and my employer has screwed it all up for me, so now I have to
work, work in pain. It will all come out in the wash I pray. Susan please
