Helen G. & Janet,

I also had the exact same problem, and one week after Janet's surgery in PA, I had mine on March 22. I had the same problem with my gall bladder...where it would obstruct the food from digesting, causing me to vomit all the time and be nauseated.

Since surgery I can virtually eat anything I want. It feels good to be able to do that. I was sick to my stomach only one time since surgery. Right now I am having break-through pain from surgery I would imagine. It feels as though someone is ripping out my guts in my pelvic area. It definitely feels bruised there anyhow. But I don't have the same right sided pain where my gall bladder used to be. That was a horrendous pain, then it would travel down my shoulder in my back. My pain was always right-sided and on my low back also.

I wish you the best with your pain, and don't opt for more surgery just yet. You need for your body to heal I would almost bet on that one.

Best wishes- Another ARD sufferer:
