Thanks heaps Jenny ;-))

I have found out that my medication "Deptran" is supposed to be weaned off me. I am very intelligent and just thought that because I was in no pain, then you stop taking these drugs. Wrong !! LOL

I have some "St John's Wort" for my anxiety. It's not a hairy wart, just a good herbal relaxant. It is helping with the chemical imbalance ;-)) Might take me a little while to stop those butterflies though ;-))

I was really hesistant about posting my problems on the board, as they felt so minor. My friend Suze made me realize that ARD is a whole "program". And getting well is just one more aspect of it. It is very hard to change everything that is "normal" to me !! But I am NOT complaining, I hope that this experience helps others too.

I know that I'm not alone with this problem now. It has happened to quite a few people here.

So, in the mean time, I am milking this condition, as my partner feels a good massage helps me sleep *giggle*

Love to you all, and thanks again Jenny for your support Trace xo
