Hi Chris,

I asked my doctors the same question, about excersise and adhesions and the answer was no....apart from helping with your general well being.

My advice, don't worry about adhesions & sit around to wait & see if they occur....get out there and enjoy life! Our time on earth is so precious, we don't have time to worry about what might happen, or could happen, just address a situation WHEN it occurs.

Even with the pain etc caused by my adhesions I try to lead as normal life as possible, I have had to re-organise and re-prioritise, but it is worth the effort.

God Bless Chris, I hope this helps, I'm happy to answer any questions you may have....if I can't I'm sure someone else here can.

Jo
