disappointment with R&R

This is just an FYI. I have yet to find a doctor (and no I am sure I haven't contacted all) in this country that accepted any insurance and while checking I had two insurance's- Blue Cross Blue Shield and Guardian and these are good insurance's. All of there reasoning was the insurance companies don't take the procedure seriously and don't pay near enough or any. I don't know if that is the rule with "all" insurance's but it was very frustrating.
I had my last surgery by Ceana Negate, M.D. and he is in Atlanta, Georgia; their office DOES NOT accept insurance for the doctor but they did not ask for anything up front and were good to me about accepting payments. My surgery with him was not effective in the long run but I have some extenuating circumstances. HE HAS HAD MANY SUCCESSES.
