I'm so sorry that you have had to deal with un compassionate people. If they could just experience a fraction of what we go through everyday they might understand. Janet had given me the names of Helen Dynda and, I believe, Linda Calhoun who others get pain meds when their doctor is giving them a hard time. You might want to ask one of them for some info on that. I can't believe your dr. dropped you as a patient. What a jerk! Maybe it is a blessing in disguise. Have you ever heard the expression that when God closes a door He opens a window. There is a better dr out there for you. You need a dr who will be sensitive to your needs anyway. If your dr is dropping you, he is obviously not sensitive to your needs. Where do you live? Maybe someone on the board lives close to your area and can help you find a better doctor. Don't lose heart. I will be praying for you. In the meantime, get in touch with Helen, Janet, or Linda. I know janet just went through the same thing. She is also having surgery soon with the drs in PA. Janet is wonderful and she can tell you who helped her.
