I am new to this forum and suffer with pain like all of you. Just wanted to tell you all to do something special for you every once and a while. I was invited to go to the mall this afternoon with my sister-in-law, she was going to have a makeover. When we got there they offered one to me as well, nothing extravagant, just at the Clinique counter at the mall, don't even use their products. But I decided, what the heck? I actually had a good time and forgot about all the things that I have been dealing with. And when I was done my spirits were lifted a bit...nice change. Try this or a massage or anything to pamper YOU. The makeover didn't cost a thing...and you don't have to buy unless you want too, no pressure! I liked that, but of course I did buy! I believe in treating yourself every once and again, it is good for the soul!! Take care all, Karen
