Hi all-

Just wondering...Toni and I had similar experiences last week(hi Toni), having to do with sudden rush of symptoms coming on, ie severe nausea, trouble breathing, nervousness, etc....you know, just the general feeling that you're going to keel over and die!

It's usually towards evening with this happens and is accompanied by a terrible amount of fear. I think that maybe because my abdominal muscles go into spasm after I've been up and about too long, making my ribcage feel like it's closing in on me. I do take necessary measures to calm myself down, but I was wondering if anyone else has these "rushes" of adrenaline or sudden attack of worse than normal symptoms?...it can be very frightening.

thanks for your input...

Janet
