Judy, That is my fear as far as anymore surgery, I have not been here alot, I have not been feeling any better, and I am considering seeing a general surgeon soon. I have been in alot of pain, and oxycontin has stopped helping me. I am sick and tired of living on laxatives, now I do not have bowel movements without 4 to 6 senekot, and a glass of prune juice, to get the stool soft enough to get it to move. Bowel movements have become extremely painful, and I have afear of colostomy, I have a sister who had a permanent one now, she has had it for almost 4 yeras, but she has crohns disease! What was the reason you had to have one? I have been putting up with this pain for over 3 years now, and it is getting to me BAD!
