You have to know your limits, and while you may feel fine doing the gardening, vacum etc, I find I will suffer that night with bad pain. This has always been the case for me, even when I feel well and feel as if I could climb mountains.

Helen, sometimes the position they put you in for surgery can cause pain
in your hips. Just a thought ? There is a muscle called the "PSOAS" AND
it can cause hip and lowback pain. I am a massage therapist. Go get a
massage ! I think we all need a massage to put us back together after a
surgery !!!!! Love Jaynie
