Hi Jackie, I was referring to a new discovery of some type of gel that Trace was talking about, one that we could smear all over us, thus preventing adhesions. I don't think there is such a thing yet. Just wishful thinking. I had surgery on the 1st and they gave me vicodin for the pain and it works very well. Hope this finds you in a pain free state! Lisa
