I am a recent surgery patient of Dr. Korell in Germany if you didnt know that already, but prior to surgery, excercise, including walking did make my pain worse. I had low abdominal pain (around where my ovaries had been) Lifting most things caused even more pain. Before I started on meds to help my intestins work, there was a time that the coffee pot felt like I was trying to lift a ton of weight. So, my pain did worsen with almost every activity. But now, I feel sooooo much better with I think only surgical discomfort with a small amount of increase with over doing. My surgeries were Nov 20, & 27, 2000. Robin
