I have had 25 major abdominal surgeries and almost died from the last one. I am no longer a candidate for surgery due to serious adhesions. I am in pain all the time. Who is Dr. Cook and where can I reach him?

Thank you very much.

Sincerely,

Jacqueline Gardner (jacque3344@mediaone.net)
