Subject: SURGERY AGAIN !
Yes, I leave today to Bend OR for another surgery. This WILL be the last. Dr. Redwine is one of the best in his field; and he is going to do a diagnostic laparoscopic surgery to look around and try to spot and remove anything that could be the cause of my pain. Then it will be a struggle to get my body back and off the pain meds.
We really think this is what we should do. At least then we will know what we are treating.
It has been 2 1/2 years that I have been suffering! Time to take action! Then if I come out of it with pain still, we will know what to do. I will then be going to a 3 week in-patient pain clinic. Actually you stay at a hotel at night. I might go there anyway to get my body back. After laying around for so long I have pain ALL OVER.
I am leaving today, Tuesday ( October 10th ), and returning on Tuesday October 17th ). Surgery is on " FRIDAY THE 13TH ." Good thing I am not superstitious !
So say a prayer for me that day...OK !
Steve thinks he is going on vacation! His dad is coming to visit us there and he has 2 sets of aunts and uncles there we are going to see! I wish it was a vacation! Shouldn't be too bad depending on what they find.
