small bowel loops adherent to each other

I got this back on a test I had done. They thought it was my gall
bladder. I have pain in top right abdomen, some times it is really
severe and sometimes I go for days without feeling any pain at all.
About the only thing that always seems to be there is the sensitivity to
touch. If the doctors pushes or presses, I could jump off the table
because it hurts so much.
I have my tubes tied through laproscopic surgery, and I had a 'c'
section done in 1994. Can either one of these cause adhesions around
the pancreas?
