I was on athrotec from October last year until April I suffered severe diarrhea..lost so much weight that was the good part didnt' hold anything in..became weak..ortho dr then sent me to gastro specialist...stool specimens etc..lots of dr visits only to find out this is a common side effect.worked a little to releave my pain not much but for what I had to go thru it was horrible..cysto (?) yes Ihad that twice in my life..numbed me up..no problem..urination after was a big problem but not for long the results were great..my sister has the same problem..we both suffer both conditions..remarkable..
