in 94, I had a TAH, & 4 years later, I had lap surgery & the dr found a mass the size of a large orange of scar tissue. It couldnt be felt or seen on any test. The dr, my ob/gyn at the time, didnt belive me about the pain. He basically decided to do exploratory lap just to please me. He ended up opening me up to get to the mass. After surgery, he came to my hospital room & said "it really wasnt all in your head, I really did find something" This was the same dr that did my TAH. I no longer use him for my gyn. I dont know if I really gave you any useable info or not, but I just wanted to share my info. Best of luck Robin
