sorry to hear this. Blue Shield cancelled my insurance after surgry and did
not pay the bills. I don't understand how they can deny you surgry? What
gives them the right? You appeal this with the Department of Insurance or
the Department of Corporations if it is an HMO. It is called an
RFA...Request for assistance. Hope this helps.
