Dr. Fisher compassionately treated the poor in our community. The Millers owned the pharmacy that was brave enough to fill Dr. Fisher's pain medication prescriptions. Their advocacy for the MediCal patients they served took them to Sacramento to discuss pain control and reimbursement issues with legislators and bureaucrats. Then it took them to jail. Trial begins October 17, 2000.
