Helen: I have talked with Dr. Cook, but it was when he was in
Lousiana..I have a friend who has talked with the California office and
she is considering making the trip. I am looking for someone more in
the Pennsylvania area. But, the only place in PA I can find is Eastern
PA..Western PA does not have anyone who does concious pain mapping.
If you can give me any other information I would appreciate it!
