Dear adhesion friends When you have trouble with bowel obstructions all the time and have the problem with your bowels not emptying propably then make sure you have a defecogram and see whether your large bowel is working properly.Sometimes because of all the handling the large bowel becomes sluggish and is not pushing the stool forward to your rectum.They ccan see this on the xray as the,the bowel is still and not moving like it should so please check this out.Love always Robyne
