About 3 weeks ago, I sent to five (5) hospital’s, in order to obtain my
medical records for past surgical procedures. I received the last
package today. The total cost for my records was $144.44. I couldn’t
believe the total cost and I even told each of them, they were needed
for continued care in my new home state. I just thought I would share
that with you all. I will talk to you again August 21 or 22.
