Using Morphine as the standard. The following drugs and their dosages'injection are equal to getting the same amount of pain relief as 10 mgs of Morphine injection:

1.5 mg hydromorphone (Dilaudid) = 10 mg morphine

10 mg methadone (Dolophine) = "
