Hi Chris i have the same left side pain. Mine started right after my hysterectomy my doctor had cut my colon during the surgery and this is were most of my adhesions have formed. i have had one surgery already for them a Lap surgery that failed now i'm having another abdominal surgery Aug 18th to take them all out again and this time he using the adhesion barriers. i very nervous this will fail to but my options are very limited so i'm praying this will work. good luck to you HUGS
