To the best of my knowledge about adhesions, there is nothing that you
can do. Adhesions are the way our body heals itself following an
infection ( like pelvic inflammatory disease ), following a trauma like
surgery, or in response to peritonitis ( following your burst appendix
). This is a natural response.

I am 9 days post surgery for removing abdominal adhsions which caused a

My appendix burst 37 yrs. ago.
Is there anything that I can now do to prevent further adhesion
formation?
