I wrote for mine and they told me that because it was so long ago they would
have to get them off of microfilm. They then continued that I would have to
pay half now and the balance when I came to pick up the records. The price
was staggering considering they are my records but they said that the only
way I would get a copy of both what was on fiche and in my files would be to
pay the fees. Are you all finding this the same where you live?
