1.) *Just below "ADHESIONS Messages for March 2000..." on the MessageBoard page is a navy blue rectangle with the words, "post a new message to the forum." Click on those words; and you will be taken to the " Send a message to adhesions @obgyn.net " page. Fill in the required information along with your message. Scroll all the way down to and click: "OK Send Message"
2.) This is the way I prefer to send a message to the Adhesions forum:
(a.) Address your email to: adhesions@obgyn.net
(b.) Type the title of your your message on the Subject line.
(c.) Write your message
(d.) Send
**There is no need to include your name or email address; because this information will automatically appear along with your message at the MessageBoard.
