Dr. Cook's name has come up frequently in the last couple of years on the
various endo boards I monitor. So far, I haven't heard anything negative,
although given time, there might be someone with a bad experience. I've
discovered that if you talk to enough people, no matter if a doctor is
praised 95% of the time, there will always be that one person or two who
have a bad experience. The only concern I might have, and I didn't check it
out to see if it was correct, is that someone once quoted some outrageous
price for his services. But I have trouble believing it was the amount they
quoted. Good luck!
