I do have adhesions around the liver and also to the diaphram. I had surgery to release them, i do not know if they have come back because I will not have anymore surgery unless I obstruct and have no other choice. I will add that my pain was mostly left lower quadrant area of the abdomen, never much upper symptoms or pain. The Seprafilm they used did not work due to the infection that occurred in the abd.cavity immediately post-op - so where the adhesions have reformed I don't know but the pain is back.
